Construction works are underway at the SEGRO Logistics Park Northampton Gateway, following the conduction of roughly six months of enabling works.
SEGRO is investing £190m into infrastructure works at the site, including a £107.5m contract with the construction specialist, Winvic.
The scheme is set to deliver road and rail improvements off Junction 15 of the M1, as well as eventually creating 7,500 jobs.

Once developed, the 450-acre site will comprise five million sq ft of warehousing and logistics facilities, including a 35-acre strategic rail freight interchange that will hold capacity for up to 16 trains a day.
