Linde Material Handling UK, a global manufacturer of forklift trucks and warehouse equipment, has appointed a new managing director.
Ulrike Just was previously vice president for business development at the firm for three years before taking up the new role on 1 November.
During her time at the firm she has been responsible for leading the development of the company’s EMEA strategy 2027.
Speaking on her new role Just said: “I am joining the UK business at an exciting time as we embark on one of the biggest transformations in the Linde MH UK history.
“By the end of 2020 all regional locations are planned to merge into one single business unit, within the legal entity of Linde MH UK Ltd. This important milestone in our business aims to enable us to focus even more on our customer’s needs.”
The outgoing managing director, Max Smmartano, has moved on to a position as executive vice president for business transformation at KION Group.
Just added that she is “very much looking forward to leading the UK business during this exciting time.”
