St. Modwen has announced the appointment of Polly Troughton as managing director at its logistics arm.
In her new role, Troughton will lead the expanding £600m branch that has a logistics development pipeline of roughly 19m sq ft.
Responsible for the strategic leadership, continued growth, and performance of St. Modwen logistics, Troughton will oversee plans to develop a further 1.5m sq ft of urban and traditional industrial units in 2021.

Previously acting as group investment director and a part of the executive committee at Unite Group, Troughton also spent eight years working as head of portfolio at Landsec.
